Season Preview: Forza Soccer

As the Prairies Premier League (PPL) prepares for its inaugural season under Premier Soccer Leagues Canada, Forza Soccer enters Year One focused on establishing a professional standard for the game in Saskatchewan.
Club Overview
Founded in 2021, Forza Soccer Academy has quickly established itself as a committed and ambitious organization within the Saskatchewan soccer landscape. Built on a foundation of player development, accountability, and long- term progression, the club now steps into the Prairies Premier League as a founding participant.
Forza will represent Saskatoon in the league’s inaugural season, bringing a high-performance environment to the local game and contributing to a new competitive tier within the Prairies.
The club’s philosophy centers on creating disciplined, challenging, and supportive environments where players are prepared for the demands of the next level.
Coaching & Leadership
Forza enters the season with an experienced and highly qualified coaching staff led by Head Coach Mike Gramiak, supported by Assistant Coach Migen Masha and Goalkeeper Coach Don Smith.
- Mike Gramiak brings over a decade of leadership within the Saskatchewan soccer community. A CONCACAF “A” Diploma-trained coach and National B License holder, he has played a key role in advancing player and coach development across multiple levels of the game.
- Migen Masha, a UEFA B Licensed coach originally from Albania, contributes international experience and a strong technical foundation, with a coaching approach grounded in discipline, tactical awareness, and player
- Don Smith adds extensive expertise in goalkeeper development, with decades of experience in coaching, strength and conditioning, and athlete performance, including work at both youth and university levels.
Together, the staff brings a balanced approach that integrates technical development, tactical structure, and performance preparation.
Squad Composition
The Forza roster is built primarily around Saskatchewan-based players, reflecting the club’s commitment to local development. This core is complemented by select additions who enhance the competitive level and experience of the squad.
This balance allows Forza to remain deeply connected to the local soccer community while ensuring the team is prepared to compete across the Prairies.
